Dorin Building LLC is a construction company specialized in residential and commercial remodeling, which has provided quality service to the community since 2008. No job is too big or too small, and every client is the center of our attention from the moment they contact us until the job is completed, to the customer’s satisfaction.
Below, I described the entire process of remodeling from the inception until completion:

Pre-construction services:
- Meeting the client
- Understanding client project and scope of work.
- Taking necessary measurements and photos.
- Collecting association rules, regulations, and requirements for contractors.

Design phase:
- Working on a budget estimate according to the client’s job requirements.
- Working on the preliminary design.
- Getting approval on the project budget.
- Collecting a down payment to finalize the architectural plans and Scope of Work.
- Involving the architect and cabinet designer.
- Meeting with the client for final details and design approval.
- Presenting two sets of plans ready for permitting.

Permitting phase:
- Signing the construction phase.
- Signing building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical permit, and Notice of Commencement.
- Collecting 50% down payment.
- Applying for master permit.
- Responding to possible plan corrections from the building department.
- Obtaining the Master permit.

Construction phase:
- Project commencement.
- After 50% job progress we have done: demolition, and clean-up.
- We passed the rough inspections for framing, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
- Collect 40% progress payment.
- Drywall installation and finishing.
- Painting.
- Floor installation.
- Kitchen cabinets and vanities installation.
- Install all designer accessories: stretched ceilings, wallpaper, furniture, lighting fixtures, etc.
- Passing all final inspections.
- Final payment collection.
